Swiss Style Machining

Our swiss style lathes feature up to 9 axes of machining with dimensional tolerances to .0001" for ultimate accuracy.

Live tooling and multi-axis capabilities allow for multiple simultaneous operations that can run from a single set-up resulting in cycle times of mere seconds.

Ascent turns all types of material including stainless steel, aluminum, high strength steels, exotic alloys, plastics, and more. All metals come precision ground and straightened for the highest accuracy.

Fiber Laser & Waterjet Cutting

Ascent is aligned to process all of your flat cutting needs. We have the experience to handle any size project our customer request. Our top of the line equipment is designed to reduce and even eliminate the need for secondary operations.

Fabrication & Assembly

We specialize in sheet metal fabrications from steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper directly from the laser and waterjet.

Our metal fabrication and assembly capabilities include:

Bending up to .375" stainless plate and .500" carbon plate. Shearing up to 8' wide and .1875" thick.

Finishing capabilities include shot/bead blast, powder coat, electro-polish, and anodization.

We also offer TIG, pulse, and MIG welding along with assembly using pneumatic drive tooling, torque spec requirements, full testing, and inventory component management.

Precision CNC Milling

Thru-spindle, high-pressure coolant for deep hole drilling, minimal heat distortion, tool life, and chip evacuation.

4th Axis and horizontal machines to eliminate added operations and reduce handling.

Spindles ranging from 6,000 to 22,0000 rpm.

Wire EDM

All our electrical discharge machines (EDM) utilize CNC operated production equipment to give our customers the highest accuracy to their required specifications. Whether its an internal gear shape or holding 0.0002" on a curved step, we have the equipment to get the job done.
